1. Take Route 22 East out of or through Monroeville
2. Follow Route 22E through Murrysville, Blairsville, and through Armagh. (approximately 55mi.)
3. Take the Route 403 south exit, make a right
4. Follow Route 403 south (approximately 14miles)
5. Make a right and cross bridge to red-lights, at the second red-light make a left and follow along the river.
6. Now continue on through 8 red-lights (you will pass a Giant Eagle, Wendys, Sheetz, Aurandt Motors, and Incline Plane) at the 8th red-light you will be making a left turn, in front of the Johnstown War Memorial.
7. Continue through the first red-light, be sure to be in the right lane.
8. Second Red-light proceed right , immediately following your turn you will need to make a left into the Hite Electric Parking Lot.
9. Look to the right the last office in the red brick building is Johnstown Plastic Surgical Associates. Welcome to our office.
